15-MINUTE MEATLOAF IN A MUG

You will need:

 

1 teaspoon cooking oil

2 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon tomato sauce

2 tablespoons oats

1 teaspoon onion soup mix

100g pound lean ground beef (about three quarter cup full)

 

Method

Use your clean fingers to smear the cooking oil around the inside of  a  microwave-safe mug to coat the sides.

Mix the milk, tomato sauce, oats and soup mix in a small bowl. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Spoon into the mug.

Cover the mug with a saucer and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

Let stand for 3 minutes.

 

Add a fruit or a salad to make a more balanced meal.
